Ashley de haas, mc

REGISTERED PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST

I truly believe people are constructs of the world around them, are intrinsically resilient, and have the capacity for change.

I am here to provide you with a safe space to explore any issues without judgement. I will work collaboratively with you to create a therapeutic plan that is tailored to your specific goals and circumstances.

My ultimate goal is to guide you towards your ideal self through exploration of your inner strengths and the development of proactive ways of thinking, coping, and behaving. Through this process, I hope to foster sustained change that promotes more positive and meaningful ways of interacting with yourself, others and the world around you.
